About the camp

Golden Pearls Girls Camp is a flagship NextGen Speakers Foundation initiative focused on mentorship, leadership, confidence building, wellness and identity formation for adolescent girls and young women.
Through mentorship sessions, leadership workshops, wellness activities and practical life-skills training, participants are empowered to overcome fear, strengthen their communication skills, understand their value and develop the confidence and discipline to lead purposeful lives.
A voice strengthened through practice, self-belief and purposeful opportunity.
