Building the confidence to lead.
The NextGen Speakers Foundation is a Ugandan-based leadership and public speaking organisation dedicated to equipping young people with public speaking, leadership, confidence, communication and personal development skills that prepare them to become responsible and impactful leaders in their communities.

Flagship initiative
Golden Pearls Girls Camp
Confidence. Leadership. Identity. Purpose.
Golden Pearls Girls Camp is a flagship NextGen Speakers Foundation initiative focused on mentorship, leadership, confidence building, wellness and identity formation for adolescent girls and young women.
Through practical workshops and life-skills training, participants are empowered to overcome fear, understand their value and develop the confidence and discipline to lead purposeful lives.

Meet our Executive Director
Akello Alison Mary
Executive Director
A Ugandan youth leader, public speaking trainer, tourism ambassador, peace fellow and development policy advocate, Alison works to equip young people with practical communication, leadership and confidence skills. Her work is grounded in the belief that mentorship, discipline and opportunity enable young people to rise beyond fear and limitation.
