Our foundation
Purpose begins with a confident voice.
The NextGen Speakers Foundation is a Ugandan-based leadership and public speaking organisation dedicated to equipping young people with public speaking, leadership, confidence, communication and personal development skills that prepare them to become responsible and impactful leaders in their communities.
The foundation was created in response to challenges affecting many young people today, including low self-esteem, poor communication skills, limited mentorship, identity struggles and limited exposure to real leadership experiences.
Through mentorship, public speaking training, leadership development, advocacy and youth engagement, the foundation empowers young people to think critically, communicate effectively and lead with purpose.
